About ASHA

CPR-First Aid Course
- We offer a CPR-First Aid course that meets OSHA/MIOSHA regulations and American Heart, Red Cross, and ILCOR guidelines.
- The certification is valid for two years and covers up to 35 skills.
- Classes last from 4 to 8 hours and are customised to fit your workplace and hazard exposures.
- The training is conducted at your facility at a time that is convenient for you.
- Optional 3-hour annual refreshers are available.
- Our experienced instructors provide expert instruction that is enjoyable, interesting, and most beneficial.
- We practice prompt and proper emergency response during the training.
- Retention and recall are reinforced through hands-on practice with practice equipment provided for every participant.
- Instructor-assisted hands-on practice is provided.
